Description: Tyre changers are offered for heavy vehicles including Model TCH 1026. The machine can be used for mounting/demounting of bus and truck wheels with rim size up to 26″. The equipment is electro-hydraulically operated and operating pressure ranges from 20-110 bar. The time taking and laborious process of bead breaking and tyre changing of heavy vehicles is made easy. The approximate time taken to change the tyre is around 9 minutes. The bead breaking force is 3400 kg. This is operated with twin motors of 2 HP/3-phase. Dedicated hydraulic power pack and hydraulic cylinders (3 numbers) ensure smooth operation thus increasing productivity. The equipment is provided with a special low DC voltage remote control unit, with which a single person can operate the machine. The design of the equipment is made in such a way that the rim is not damaged during the process of tyre changing. It can be used for both the types of wheels having double split rings and single split ring. It features a four jaw universal chuck to clamp any type of rims. A non-return valve prevents the falling of tyre during a power failure. The wide operating pressure ensures the clamping of aluminium alloy rims without damage.
