Profile: USA Production Parts, Inc. is engaged in roll forming, stamping, assembly and stretch bending of unique contours. We perform reforming of roll sections to produce parts. We produce parts that are structural or a substrate to other components, which includes door frames, glass run channel, sliding door tracks and weather strip retainer. The raw material for these parts include cold roll steel, galvanized steel, martinsite, spring steel, or high strength alloys. We also offer ornamental or decorative parts, which includes front, side or rear window moldings, headlight and tail-light molding, body side molding and internal automotive components. These parts may be constructed from aluminum, stainless steel, bimetal, zinc alloy and brass. We have CMM, which are capable of measuring parts and assemblies with an accuracy of .0005″. We have 11 - SPECIAL PURPOSE PROJECTION / SPOT WELDERS up to 90KVA, which is stepper controlled for consistency. We are an ISO/TS16949:2002 registered company.
