Profile: UV III Systems, Inc. offers three-dimensional cure system called UV SureCure, that handles three-dimensional curing of wood, plastic, and metal parts. We have a lamp set up suitable for curing polyester primer/filler on wood, plastic, and many other substrates. We provide UV lamps & lights. We have developed ultraviolet curing systems to dry finishes, adhesive, and inks on an infinite number of surfaces. The Surecure unit is a custom 3D UV cure unit based on existing 3 dimensional units. It is an enclosed cabinet with composite/aluminum frame, aluminum deckplate floor, and two double-filtered UV observation windows.
