Profile: U.S. Cooler Company specializes in providing customized solutions for cold storage applications. We manufacture customized cold storage units for both international and domestic markets employing polystyrene & metal lamination technology. These units have a large number of applications, including food service, convenience stores, and warehouse applications. Designed according to the exact specifications of the customer, our panels provide the ultimate in flexible design configuration, and ease of assembly. We manufacture walk-in coolers used in several different applications. We offer standard sized coolers as well as custom sized units that can be built to the specifications. Our coolers consist of panels made with inner & outer metal skins, a 4" insulation core, and equipped with cam-action locking devices. We manufacture custom and standard sized walk-in freezers. We also manufacture combinations that include both the cooler and freezer in one unit. Our combination units are usually custom sized to our customer's specific requirements. 4" extruded polystyrene insulation is used in both the cooler and freezer of the combination walk-in. The cooler portions are available with or without a floor. Our refrigeration systems are available in a variety of configurations including remote, top mount self-contained, side mount self-contained, pre-assembled non-charged, and pre-assembled pre-charged. We also provide all the walk-in accessories to fit the specific needs such as outside ramps, rain roofs, strip curtains, shelving, glass doors, and audio-visual alarms. Top mount systems are self-contained refrigeration systems. They come with all parts, copper lines and refrigeration gases completely installed. Saddle mount refrigeration systems come completely pre-assembled on a bracket that is designed to be mounted over the top of one of the wall panels. These units also have the evaporator coil that hangs from the top of the panel.
