Profile: U. S. Digital Designs, Inc. is a product development and consulting firm. Our ZBot II+ was developed in response to the industry demand for new Zbots with USDD improvements. The mechanical engineers at USDD designed the Zbot II+ using some of the latest 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling software. This allowed the entire unit to be made with Computer Numerically Controlled machining techniques with the information fed directly from the CAD model files. The resulting assembly benefits from precision fitting parts and high quality finishes. Our Espresso, Isothermal Amplifier stands only 12 inches tall 8 inches wide and weighs under 3 pounds. It is a stand alone Ethernet appliance and can be accessed with a simple web browser on a local network. The Espresso can hold a specified temperature from 25 to 65 degC, plus or minus 0.1 degC. The reaction time can be specified from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, and the sample rate can be configured up to the maximum memory of the unit.
