Description: Air that is compressed coming from the compressor tank is contaminated with dirt, oil and moisture. Air filters are used to remove these contaminations. Air coming out of these filters is clean air for all general purpose applications. But there are some applications like powder coating which require high filtering efficiency than the one obtained in filters. To get high filtering efficiency (up to 99.9%) a filter set, named ultra clean filter has been specially designed. Ultra clean filter consists of pre-filter, silica gel dryer, activated carbon filter and coalescing filter connected in series to form a single unit. This set gives filtering efficiency up to 99.9% by removing moisture and the oil in vapour form. These units are very easy to maintain and have negligible maintenance cost. These units are used very popularly at powder coating facilities, CNC machines, paint booths, pneumatic tools, mirror coating industries and air gauging units. All aluminium (extruded) body construction, with nitrite seals and transparent shatter proof polycarbonate bowl make it a versatile lightweight unit. Metal bowls are available for higher working pressure and temperature. Plated powder coated bodies look aesthetically appealing. Mounting brackets for wall panel mounting are provided. Metal guard for bowl for extra safety and auto-drain for automatic draining of condensate are available at extra cost.
