As part of our PCB assembly services, we can provide up to 8-layer assemblies. We use a variety of conductivity materials such as gold, tin, and bare copper. All our PCB assembly processes are RoHS compliant. We offer small scale plastic injection molding for cables/wires, connectors, adapters, or small parts. Text or simple graphics can also be molded to a product's body by inserting metal plates. We also provide horizontal plastic injection molding services for complex and large scale manufacturing requirements ranging from 50 tons to 350 tons.
