Profile: VARNA Products manufactures pump and valve solutions to fluid control problems. We offer two specialized prelube pumps, the CF-15 and the EP-4. We developed a low loss check valve for prelube systems. It is the same valve design that is in the pressure port of our prelube pumps, but as a standalone part. When the engine is running and the prelube system is not, these valves prevent oil flow from escaping back through the idle prelube pump. This simple design uses, open flow path, and no spring. Pressure drop is very hard to measure across this valve. PBA series controls can be used to control AC powered prelube pumps both at the control box its self or from a remote station. The control can monitor a pressure switch on the engine for oil pressure.
