Profile: VCI Automation mainly manufactures feeder bowls. These vibratory feeders are used in pharmaceutical, electronic, automotive and cosmetic industries. Our base-drives power the feeder bowl through electro magnetically driven springs. Several types of drives are available depending on the requirements of the application and size of the feeder bowl. Vibratory straight line drives are used for horizontal tracking of the parts from the feeder to the workstation. We also provide hoppers that are used when more parts are required, than what can be stored in the primary feeder.
