Profile: Vaplas Limited specializes in the supply, fabrication, machining and installation of virtually every type and form of plastic materials. We have CNC machining centres and CNC lathes that can do any type of machining & batch size complemented with on site CAD-CAM facility with 4th-axis control to produce a range of complex parts. We manufacture machine guards to high spec and low spec applications across all industries such as food processing, printing, beverage, and cosmetics. We fabricate machine guards in polycarbonate, Perspex, PETG and also produce bespoke guards with handles, hinges and locking mechanisms. We distribute any type of thermoplastic materials such as sheet, rod, tube, block, billet, cut-to-size and planed to finish materials. We design and install pipework/ducting systems for all types of applications on small or long term contracts. We repair damaged tanks and pipework systems.
