Vapor Blasting is known as liquid/vapor honing or wet blasting. It is a process using water as a carrier of the media or grit to produce a soft slurry action rather than an aggressive dry action. Used in cleaning operations, it's a finishing process for final inspection. This process does not change the dimensions of the part, but rather disguises scratches and eliminates minimum surface imperfections. It is similar to bead blasting using air and water mix to give the ultimate blast finish to all non ferrous metals and stainless steel.
