Profile: Vectacraft Machineries (P) Ltd. is a supplier of cartoners, bundlers and casepackers. Our cartoners can be deployed for containers as narrow as 15 mm, and as wide as 220 mm. Our bundlers are compatible with all cartoner speeds, and can collate in different orientations, configurations and dimensions. In casepackers too, we have various types that can tackle dissimilar modes of packing. We offer both continuous and intermittent machines in horizontal & vertical models with speeds from 30 cpm in a rotary vertical model, and going up to 300 cartons/min, in a continuous motion horizontal cartoner. Our KESTREL casepacker collates bare or secondary-packaged products in the required matrix, opens the case, closes one side of the case, loads the product into it, and then closes the flap by gluing. In case of wraparound cases, the blanks are taken from the stack and kept ready for product loading. A variety of products can be handled by our casepackers by providing pick & place systems which are driven by a combination of pneumatics and servos.
