It covers the full thread length & seal face to prevent stripping loosening or ingress of debris & corrosion, which will damage the thread. The heavy duty HDPE plastic thread profile prevents all contact between the steel bumper & the thread connection thereby eliminating the possibility of bi-metallic corrosion. Our pressed steel thread protectors are designed & manufactured to protect the API drill pipes, drill collar connections and tubing made as per API 5D, 7&5CT respectively. These are made from 3mm thick E.D.D. steel sheets, precision CNC machined, phosphatised using manganese phosphate & dehydrated to make them rust free. Our plastic thread protectors are designed & manufactured to suit casing pipes & tubing as per API-5CT. High accuracy CNC machining of threads give complete engagement preventing stripping or loosing of the protector during use & prevents moisture & debris from making contact with threads & seal areas. Our in house production unit is equipped with the latest equipments & CNC machines. Our equipments include CNC lathes, power press, hydraulic deep draw machine, circle cutting, drilling, spot welding, hydraulic shearing, and air compressor machines.
