Profile: Ventx Limited provides practical solution to the noise problem by offering a custom built silencer. Our Ventx silencer design provides a back pressure which can help when selecting a valve. We use carbon steel or stainless steel materials. We design each silencer to reduce the noise level to the required sound pressure level specified by the customer. Atmospheric vent discharge silencer uses a combination of diffuser design and an absorptive core section. The gas and noise enter the silencer through a multi-hole diffuser where it is permitted to expand through many holes into the expansion chamber. These units can be designed to be mounted vertically or horizontally, available with optional bird screens and weather-hoods.
