Vibrating Table

Description: Vibrating tables are designed to settle and compact dry bulk materials in various types of containers. The major uses are fatigue testing, consolidation of concrete, foundry shake-out, weighing and filling systems and spray lubrication transfer system in cement industry. The vibrating tables are available in two types that include electro magnetic and electro mechanical. The choice of proper type depends on the characteristics of the material being handled, the maximum weight and the actual application. Electromagnetic-type table vibrators vibrate at 3000 VPM and have low amplitude of vibration whereas electromechanical-type table vibrators have low frequency of vibration and higher amplitude. A variety of models are manufactured in different sizes and capacity for different applications for operating weight from a few kg to about 5 tonnes over table top. Variable frequency vibrating table and vibration simulator tables can also be manufactured as per customer requirements.
