Description: Vibro Screens are vibratory or gyratory sieving machine often known as "vibroscreen″ or "gyroscreen″. They are designed on the principle of gyratory motion generated by vibromotor and hence are often known as gyratory or vibratory screen. They are compact, economical and energy efficient machines. They can be placed online for continuous operation or offline for batch operation. In order to meet the variety and diversity of the process needs, these screens are designed in modular fashion and are duly supported by accessories to match application requirement. Material to be sieved is to be fed in the centre of the top screen, continuously, at steady speed. The three-dimensional vibrations generated by special-purpose vibro motor are such that on screen, the material moves in radially or spirally outward manner. In the process, the undersized material/fines drop down from the screen holes and oversize material, retained on mesh, and discharged automatically and continuously from outlet spout. The material, which has fallen below the mesh, also gets discharged from lower spout, similarly. Such multiple stages, having coarser to finer mesh stacked on each other perform smooth and continuous gradation or screening operation.
