Our single station bi-axial rotational molding machine with single U arm is a heavy duty machine supported on both sides by bearing housings. The capacity of the arm is to mount the vertical tank of 1000-lit maximum. The U arm gets its bi-axial rotation from two independent AC motors. The X-axis drive is driven by 1.0 hp AC variable speed drive. The Y-axis is driven by 0.5 hp AC variable speed drive. A control panel made up of sheet steel and powder coated housing enclosing all controls is mounted on the side of the furnace with easy, adjustable access to operator. It is used in tank industry.
