Profile: Vishal Fabrics Private Limited deals with textile fabrics processes. Our product line includes flock & circular knitted fabrics, warp knitted fabrics, polar fleece, wovens and chemicals. We manufacture flock fabrics for upholstery, home furnishings & garments. Warp knitted fabrics are formed by yarns that travel the length (warp direction) of the textile. The filling knits have more stretch in the cross-wise direction than the lengthwise direction. Warp knits are more stable in all directions than filling knits. Warp knits are less stretchy than weft knits, more dimensionally stable than weft knits, imitates hands & appearance of wovens, are run & snag resistant & varies from light to heavy and thin to thick. Warp knitted fabrics include Raschel (powernet & some waffle-surface knit thermal underwear fabrics) and Tricot knits (slinky nightgown fabric).
