Profile: Vishnu Engineering Industries specializes in Custom Die Casting products. We develop dies and produce sound casting with application in various fields. We have good tool room machines to produce accurate and trouble free dies. Our Die casting section consists of PTC 80T Cold Chamber Pressure Die Casting Machines for aluminum and zinc castings & Hot Chamber Pressure Die Casting Machines for small zinc castings. Our Raw Materials are sourced from established manufacturers and each consignment is accompanied by material Test Report by Spectrometer. Our Inspection consists of measurement of critical sizes in every lot either by means of measuring instruments or by special gauges. Skin machining and sectioning is done to evaluate internal porosity.

We also provide Machining, Sand Blasting, Polishing, Powder Coating and Electroplating of castings. Our Small subassemblies using sheet metal, plastic or other components, along with casting can also be produced.
