Each flip down TV lift is built with marine grade aluminum and stainless steel for maximum durability & strength. Our fold down lift models are fully Heli-arc welded, with a powder- coated finish, and are assembled with stainless steel parts & fasteners. Our swivel mechanism integral to our pop-up TV lift technology was designed to be built into our pop-up TV lift, & not as an add-on device. The components of the swivel (turret) bearing and all associated support parts are CNC machined, giving this automatic TV lift system extremely tight tolerances. The bearing rotates as smooth as silk on hard Delrin ball bearings, making the pop-up TV lift fully marine capable.
