Profile: Vortex Parts Washer specializes in providing precise cleaning of all heavily soiled parts in the industries. Herculean 200T is used for pre-cleaning engine blocks, heads, transmissions, and other necessary components in the automotive industry. It features debris containment system, turntable jogs, door safety interlock, wash cycle timer with automatic reset, emergency stop button, auto water fill & low water shut off protection, adjustable temperature control and single or dual rear mounted wash pump strainers. Our 3D oscillating system is provided with a non-sequential oscillating design. This system uses an oscillating manifold that glides back and forth spraying the load vertically, and horizontally pivoting on a 90° angle. Beneath the table is a stationary manifold matching the width of the table with staggered nozzles ensuring complete part penetration. The oscillation is non-sequential to the rotation of the table.
