Profile: WLM Pattern & Machine is a full-service, start-to-finish design, pattern & machine shop dedicated to producing ferrous and non-ferrous castings & machined parts. We offer design assistance, engineering, pattern making & machining of industrial, architectural and marine parts. We are able to work from any design media, print or electronic. We can work in any CAD format, either 2D or 3D, to produce working drawings for shop or CAM use. We also use Transmagic translation and healing software to ensure the drawings are correct and ready to run without errors. We can reverse engineer old parts and produce new ones which match exactly. We are highly skilled in all aspects of the trade, traditional wood pattern making, composite materials and 3D routing as the job may require.
