Profile: Waterman Industries of Egypt manufactures a complete line of water control gates and valves. The products we offer come in standard sizes and can be as well tailored to custom sizes to suit the requirements, all according to standard designs. We are able to process, analyze and design any new size/configuration as per requirements. Our products are used in portable water, irrigation canals and waste water treatment plants. We have also built gates up to 8 meters wide and up to 6.5 meters high to control water in large pumping stations & barrages. We manufacture a complete line of fabricated gates including slide, sluice, roller, radial, automated level control, weir, flap & shear gates, stop logs and valves. Our heavy duty sluice gates are used in a wide variety of applications including municipal water works & treatment facilities, flood control projects, reservoirs and fish hatcheries. Gate shapes include square/rectangular with square, rectangular/circular opening and can be furnished with standard flanged back/extended flanged back frames. All units feature adjustable corrosion-resistant side wedges and corrosion-resistant malleable seat facings locked in dovetail grooves. All mating/sliding surfaces are fully machined including close tolerance tongue and groove guides. The hardware assembly is made of corrosion-resistant material.
