Our GRP cooling towers have clean smooth lines & are rigid and robust, and have an extremely high strength to weight ratio. Our tower casings carry a lifetime guarantee for structural integrity. New internal components are relatively easy and economic to install in most cooling towers. The need for replacement of the complete tower only comes when the casing fails. Towers can be installed in parallel to form multi cell units with no limit to size or thermal performance. Centrifugal fans or a choice of silencers can be fitted for low noise applications. Our dry air coolers are capable of cooling to within 3°C of design dry bulb temperatures. A wetted surface version of the cooler is available that can cool to within 6°C of the design wet bulb temperature. Water is only introduced to the cooling coil when the load and ambient temperature reach a predetermined set point, with very few hours of wetted operation over a year. The quantity of water used for wetting is small and totally lost, not recycled or retained.
