Description: A fully automatic wax roll making machine has been designed and manufactured for the first time in India to make wax rolls of top quality reducing the manufacturing cost to a great extent. The machine helps in maintaining the quality of wax rolls since a large quantity of wax is melted at a time, which does not affect the properties of wax. The machine is equipped with water circulation system that gives constant cooling to the wax rolls and helps them to cool down faster, by the same time resulting in quality improvement. The extra wax is removed by means of mechanised reciprocating cutter that saves labour and wastage. The final and the most important process of the machine is automatic lifting of wax rolls from the moulds. All the wax rolls are ejected out of the machine together that can be removed from the machine in no time. The production cycle of the machine is completed in less than 25 minutes.
