Profile: We Vac Plastics specializes in custom thermoforming, silk-screening, secondary assembly and 5 axis CNC trimming processes. We have an in-house tooling shop, product development department and pattern cutting 5 axis CNC. We produce products ranging in sizes starting from 2"x2" through 6'x11'. We handle various materials including ABS, high density polytetrafluoroethylene, high impact polystyrene, polycarbonate and laminated foils.
