Description: Special purpose machines, internal and external cylindrical grinding machines, and honing machines are offered with capacity of honing from bore size 12 mm to 63 mm. Imported honing abrasives are used to achieve the surface finish in the bore, that is, true bore. EN 31 material is used, which is tested fully for chemical composition and hardness is maintained at 60/65 HRC. Wear parts are made according to the customer drawing. These wear parts are made from suitable alloy steel with thermal heat treatment process.
