Profile: Webber Automation Inc. manufactures water bottling and handling equipments. We produce many variations of rack loading and robotic rack loading equipment. We can handle virtually any racking requirement. Our product includes water bottling, bottling equipment, filling machines, capping machines, labelers and conveyors. We design our own rack loader tooling. We offer 80, 200 or 300 bottle per hour machines. Our larger machines can produce from 480 up to 1440 bottles per hour. Our rack loading systems are capable of loading 800 to 1800 bottles per hour. We design racking, palletizing or both the robotic arm tooling and bottle pick up system. Our stainless steel bottle washers and fillers are suitable for the small to midsize water bottler. These small but robust machines are capable of producing 200 bottles per hour and 300 bottles per hour. This machinery comes standard with all stainless steel frame and skins.
