Description: Wedge mounts are used for precision levelling and vibration reduction of modern machine tools. Wedge mounts have an adjusting bolt, which moves the centre wedge between top and bottom stationery wedges to provide levelling. Wedge mounts provide fast and easy installation, flexible shop floor plan, enhanced component finish/ part tolerance, extended tool and machinery life, improved health protection as well as better structural safety. Wedge mounts are assembled with insulation plates, for vibration reduction. These insulation plates are made of composite material, at varying composition give different natural frequencies to provide vibration damping solutions to all types of industrial machines. These insulation plates are resistant to water, almost all the coolants, chemicals, fuels, lubricating oils used in the modern machine shops.
