Description: Electronic Gravimetric Weigh Feeders are used for continuous bulk proportioning of solids. These feeders are provided with precision-machined rollers for a perfect belt run and high accuracy. It is supported by rubber-coated pulleys that prevent the belt from slippage. The gravity take-ups ensure constant belt tension. The scrapers are provided to prevent belt damage and tare changes. The belts can be changed easily without aids from the side. It is provided with highly reliable PLC (with in built PID algorithm) and variable speed AC drive, high precision load cells with damping to obtain best results. It is featured with an optional RS 485 interface that can generate printout with SQC analysis. The weigh feeders are used in applications that industries cement, sponge iron, steel, fertiliser, chemical, tobacco, and petrochemical industries.
