Welding Positioners For Increased Productivity
Welding positioners offered by Gullco help improve productivity weld quality with rotary ground and turntables complete with mounting flange for selfcentring gripper & tilt mechanisms and microprocessor based pulse width modulation motor controls. The microprocessor motor control enables operator interface of start, stop, clockwise rotation, neutral, counter clock-wise rotation and infinitely variable control of the speed, within the model, and increases the efficiency of a project. To make production on long work pieces easier and faster, a 2.5 inch 'Through Hole' model is available. Table tilt is manually set at any desired angle from 0 to 90 degrees, quickly and easily. Gullco offers a wide variety of accessories that allow the positioners to be expanded into a fully automated pipe welding/cutting system. Various footswitch models are available including variable speed footswitch for manual operation. When activated, the footswitch will provide a run signal to the control and allows regulation of the rotational speed via the compression of the footswitch pedal. Various free standing support and welding gun or torch holder assemblies are also offered for further automation and increased productivity. Safety is greatly enhanced with Gullco's low (24V) control and power supply system.
