We offer two axis CNC turning, three, four & five axis CNC milling, and surface, universal & cylindrical grinding. We are familiar with the machining of most materials including steels, titanium, aluminum alloys, polymers, and carbon fibers. Full three dimensional CNC machining can be undertaken in conjunction with our CAD-CAM system to assist with the manufacture of the increasingly more complex forms. Our principal software package is EdgeCAM which is able to accept parasolid models. Solid Works, a solid modeling package, is also used along with AlphaCAM, a three dimensional CAM system for preparing part programs for CNC machine tools.
