Some of our radio frequency amplifiers are multicarrier linear power amplifiers, high power linear amplifiers, communication amplifiers, multi-coupler amplifiers and low noise amplifiers. Our high power amplifiers are available in communication bands such as NMT-450, AMPS, TACS, ETACS, PCS, CDMA, TDMA and WCDMA. These amplifiers are used in instances where service providers need only a single transmit channel. The communication amplifiers use GaAs or silicon bipolar FET devices. These are optimized for low distortion products.
