Our specialties include the following procedures: milling, turning, thread cutting, surface grinding, O.D. grinding, I.D. grinding, water jet, machining, assembly, EDM wire & sinker, drilling, broaching, jig grinding, high speed tapping & 5-axis capabilities. Our secondary finishing processes are parkerize, black oxide, heat treating, certified welders paint booth (spray) and laser marking. Our engineering capabilities extend from prototyping through construction of small quantity, close tolerance pieces, as well as high volume CNC production runs. We offer bar feed CNC with sub spindle and CNC lathe capacity with 48 inches between centers, direct drive tapping and the ability to peck tap hardened materials is available as well. In addition, we have a complete range of conventional equipment to facilitate one piece and short run orders.
