We manufacture and assemble a complete line of PVC pipe benders. We also manufacture a mechanical pipe bender as a complete unit. Our metal fabrication is produced by capable & modern six- and eight-axis CNC press brakes (up to 10 feet and 125 tons) with movable backstops, laser processing, turret punching & fastener insertion. Special CNC programming maximizes product yield for greater efficiency. We have standard & custom services available, and our metal fabrication process can include the addition of PEM studs, welding & Timesaver finishing operations. Furthermore, special handling and packaging is available after metal fabrication to prevent damage.
