Wrapper die cutting machine is ideal for cutting wrappers for packing of razor/shaving blades, sweets and other various fields where mass production of smaller wrappers is required. This Machine has six sub assemblies such as body, die head, hydraulic pressing unit, fixtures, electrical control unit and wrapper collecting channel & scrap bin. The machine's body is fabricated & normalized construction and strong to resist 10 ton pressing load. The die head is fixed on left side of operator with an accurate centre location to ensure alignment with hydraulic pressing unit. The hydraulic pressing unit consists of power pack, hydraulic cylinder, flexible connections and pressure gauge. The fixture body is a welded construction having a "VEE″ section for holding the buffed for smooth movement of blanks. It is placed between die head and hydraulic pressing unit
