Profile: Xcel Mold & Machine, Inc. specializes in the design, engineering and manufacturing of plastic molds (thermoplastic & thermoset), as well as aluminum, zinc & magnesium die cast dies. Our wire EDM department uses Esprit wire software and our machines can handle up to 21" x 23" x 10" workpiece. We also contain an inspection department with CMM capability to ensure quality in jobs. We are equipped with wire EDM machines, CNC milling machine and CNC EDM machines.
