Profile: Xglab S.r.l. provides X-ray detectors, electronic functional boards, and silicon drift detectors. Our multichannel analyzer is equipped with a shaping amplifier, and an USB interface. Our pulsed-reset charge-preamplifier is integrated with a junction gate field-effect transistor. It provides the voltage required for the detector biasing. The pulsed-reset system allows a very low degradation of the energy resolution at high counting rate. Our pre-amplifier is provided with an automatic power supply unit. Our vacuum X-ray spectrometer is a vacuum compatible spectrometer, suitable for synchrotrons and scanning electron microscope (SEM).
