Our FHV CNC table is designed in a modular format, which allows the unit to be offered as a single spindle CNC table, twin, treble, or as a modular tilting CNC table. This method allows for the volume manufacture required to provide conventional cast products. The FHV can also be used in either the horizontal or vertical axis, depending on the application in hand. It enhances with features like high speed, high accuracy, and extreme flexibility with special sealing. Its main rotary spindle is mounted in high accuracy bearings. The front load carrying bearing is situated directly behind the faceplate of the FHV, and is approximately 90% the size of the faceplate. This allows the FHV to accommodate huge radial and axial forces that may be experienced during operations.
