Our Casemaker is a compact semi automatic turning-in and gluing machine with stock & board feeder capable of producing a wide variety of products, such as book cases, loose leaf & binders. Roby One automatic coupling & gluing machine is equipped with a specially designed air feeder carriage system, which from a high pile feeder picks up the material to be glued, transports it into the gluing area, and places it on the other substrate located on the register board, within a very tight tolerance, pressing it lightly to assure a perfect coupling. It can glue & couple paper, boards, tissues, plastic materials and can produce a wide variety of products, such as one piece cover loose leaf, three or more pieces covers, game boards, labels or photos on covers, display easels & photo albums. The specially designed feeder system allows one to work with square and even shaped sheets, bigger or smaller than the material to be coupled with. Angolar semi-automatic motor driven round corner cutting machine is designed for rounding corners of catalogues, books, catalogues or covering material. It can be fitted with different blades with radius ranging from 3 to 20 mm, or with 60 mm blades for straight cuts. The machine is equipped with a system that prevents the repetition of the cutting operation and a safety protection. The machine is equipped also with adjustable guides to adjust the pile of paper to be cut and with a dust box to collect the shavings. The machine is mounted on castor wheels in order to facilitate the mobility.
