Profile: ZheJiang Dongrun Casting Industry Co,.Ltd specializes in aluminum sand, gravity die and aluminum die casting services. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. We manufacture various products including automotive, railroad, medical, marine, lighting, pump body, valve, architectural and furniture parts. We also provide tooling, CNC machining, polishing, plating, heat treatment, pressure test, vacuum impregnation, assembly and testing. Die-casting mold is made from steel and is similar as permanent mold casting. It is suitable for aluminum alloy, zinc alloy and copper alloy. We offer a full array of secondary operations such as CNC machining, polishing and mirror polishing, shot blasting, powder coating, anodizing, color anodizing, cataphoresis, heat treatment, vacuum impregnation and assembling. We have five production lines for large aluminum green sand casting jobs up to 500 kg/piece and 30 platforms for smaller aluminum alloy castings. We make molds in our foundry and also offer sand casting mold design. Sand casting is used to make large parts, suitable for aluminum alloy, iron, steel and brass metal. Our cast aluminum products are exported to various countries worldwide.
