Profile: Zincast Foundry Ltd. is a manufacturer of die castings. We are accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 quality standard. We manufacture die casting from zinc and aluminium for a wide range of industries that include general engineering, automotive, pneumatics & hydraulics, electronics, domestic products, building industry and brewery trade. We obtain aluminium die casting and zinc die casting by molten aluminium or molten zinc being forced under high pressure into a mold. Our aluminium die castings are light and can withstand some of the highest operating temperatures. They are strong, rigid and corrosive resistive. On the other hand our zinc die castings have very high strength, hardness and so act as a substitute to machined, fabricated, pressed/stamped parts, with excellent electrical properties. We also demonstrate gravity die casting process which allows for larger castings and offers much thicker section. It is usually associated with lower volumes than that of pressure die-casting.
