Profile: Zinga UK is a provider of anti-corrosion products to suit a wide variety of applications. We have a wide range of zinc anti-corrosion products. Zinga is our one-component, anti-corrosion zinc coating system. Its unique formula provides environmentally safe cathodic protection to steel. Our Zingasolv is the recommended thinner to be used with Zinga when spraying. It can also be used for cleaning when using Zinga. Aquazinga is our water based two component zinc silicate. It is considerably harder than Zinga, and is able to resist much higher temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius. It has a much higher tolerance for hot oils and chemical attack. It is ideally suited for use on refinery hardware. Aquazinga requires a dry surface for application, and is less flexible under bending loads. Our Alufer N is a single component polyurethane intermediate coat, which can be applied over Zinga or Aquazinga to provide vastly increased chemical resistance.
