Air Cooled Exchangers & Air Heaters
Description: Air cooled heat exchangers (ACHE) are used in applications that include LNG terminals, oil and gas fields, refineries, petrochemical, fertiliser and chemical industries, power - coal/gas and oil fired plants, gas turbine/diesel generation, air and gas compressor stations and steel plants. Air cooled heat exchangers are used for cooling, condensing and heating of a variety of fluids. Salient features: in-house developed thermal design software based on R&D on finned tubes combined with membership/software of Heat Transfer Research, Inc of USA (HTRI) to handle all types of ACHE configurations - forced draft, induced draft, natural draft and re-circulation type; in-house developed software for mechanical design based on ASME Sec VIII Div 1, API 661 and other international codes/standards such as BS, ISO, DIN and other European norms; fully quipped engineering department to simulate all possible types of structure using STAAD considering a combination of dead, live, wind and seismic loads; and all drawings are made and detailed on Autocad system in the drafting/design department.
