Description: All geared precision lathes confirming to European standards (CE) are extra heavyduty-sized lathes with a swing over bed of 410/460 mm and distance between centre of 1000/ 1500 mm run with a 5/7.5 HP, 3-phase electric motor. Dynamically balanced spindles enables the spindle to run at speeds from 25 - 2000 RPM. Induction hardened guideways have better wear and tear resistance and superior performance. Hardened and ground gears enhance the life of the all-geared head. Machines come with a single piece-casting base for extra rigidity and feature a custom-set auto-feed disengagement system. Fifty kinds of DP thread in addition to a wide range of British and Metric threads can be cut.
