Turkey brand Series 'CNC AP' CNC synchronised hydraulic press brakes can be offered from 2 - 6 axis. The steel welded frame is of ST44 A1 material and comes standard with Cybelec Modeva 10 S colour graphics or Delem DA66W2D with coloured controller. The hydraulic system offered is Bosch Rexroth or Hoerbiger servo hydraulic system and Wila manual bottom Anti - deflection system comes as standard. The electrical control panel with cooling system conforms to CE standards and with Siemens components. Back gauge system with X+R axis driven by AC servo motors on linear bearings. Amada Promecam clamping system with quick release is offered with hardened, grinded and standard segmented (835 mm) top and bottom tooling system (4 V-dies in dimension of 60x60). The standard throat depth offered is 400 mm. Various options are available such as Z1+Z2/X 1+X2/R1+R2 axis, motorised antideflection system which operates automatically with CNC unit, Front arms with CNC control (AP3+AP4 axis), laser protection system, special throat depth up to 750 mm and Cybelec Mod Eva 15 3D/Cybelec Mod Eva 12 3D, Delem 69W 3D CNC controllers, CYCAD software to enhance quality and productivity. Sizes available are from 2000 - 7000 mm in bending length.
