We are a TUV certified ISO 9001:2000 company manufacturing close dimensional tolerance aluminium precision tubes. We produce heavy-duty roller tubes in high strength alloy. These tubes are made from a special process of drawing, which results in close dimensional tolerance on outer diameter and thickness & very precise straightness. These tubes can be used for rollers, trolleys and for other application for machine buildings. We also produce other varieties of aluminium tubes ranging from 1mm OD up to 150mm OD and thickness ranging from 0.2mm up to 6mm. We also produce aluminium drawn tubes in coil to coil form having maximum single coil weight of 30kg. These coil tubes have a range of diameter from 4mm up to 25mm and thickness range from 0.5mm up to 1.2mm. These tubes can be used as the refrigeration condenser coil or in heavy-duty industrial heat exchangers. It can serve as a best solution for replacement to copper. We fabricate wide varieties of solid rods and hollow profiles of special shapes. Rods, tubes and profiles can be supplied with very special polished surface also.
