Auto Dosing Pumps
Auto Dosing Pumps pump is used to control the flow automatically. The auto flow controller is a very simple and user-friendly attachment that can be installed within 45 minutes on any existing dosing pumps. It can be detached equally fast. The enclosure can be flame proof or IP 65 as per the requirement of the site. The controller has PC compatibility and the flow can be monitored and controlled sitting in a control room. The device receives input from the processes in the form of 4 to 20 mA signals or in the form of pulse signals. With this attachment to the dosing pump, it is not necessary to vary the motor speed to vary the flow rate of the pumps. The motor speed remains constant to give good cooling effect to its body. The design is elegant and its monitor displays flow rate as well as total flow. The flow of the dosing pump can be varied manually also, if necessary. The manual adjustment does not disturb the zero stroke (reference point) sensing. The unit has an in-built battery back up. In case of power failure, the flow setting is not disturbed. The controller attachment is being used on the dosing pumps used in effluent & water treatment plants to sense the pH of the medium and adjust dosage of chemicals automatically. It is a highly economical, effective solution in the field of automatic dosing.
