Ingot casting machine is used to process ingot of metal such as primary & secondary aluminum, lead and its alloy in a continuous process. It is available in different molds and manufactured as per specification. Mold is fitted in an end-less conveyor chain-metal flowing out of a spout into the pre-heated mold cavities. The mold is passed across the head sprocket allowing the pigs to fall by gravity into the discharge chute with the help of knot out hammer. Wet scrubber & dust collector, is used to remove pollutants from flue gas or other harmful gas streams. It is a form of pollution control technology fabricated using advanced tools and technology. Further, these collectors are used to purify air, flue gas and other gases containing various pollutants & dust particles. Wet scrubber & dust collectors find extensive application in foundries, heat treatment plant & polluted smoke and dust producing area.
