Description: Ultra high speed brushless spindle is an ideal device for small diameter micro machining. High-performance brushless motor generates uniform torque throughout working rotation range of 10,000 to 60,000 RPM, realising as high as 370 W. Since machining is performed by only rotation of this device without the rotating of the main spindle, the life of the machine spindle is enhanced, and consistency of positioning accuracy is guaranteed as no heat generation occurs. Maximum speed up to 60,000 RPM through adoption of air cooling + ceramic bearings allows excellent machinability even for smaller diameter end mills of dia 1 mm or below. Spindle precision is within 1 micron, and the device allows use of market standard collets 0.5 to 6.0 mm dia.
